Marie specialises in representing professional individuals and organisations facing allegations of corporate and financial crime.

Marie has extensive experience representing clients facing serious criminal and regulatory investigation. She represents those under investigation by all prosecuting authorities, including the Serious Fraud Office, the Financial Conduct Authority, HMRC, CPS and the Insolvency Service, for allegations of complex fraud and financial crime.

She has extensive experience in dealing with all areas of POCA including account freezing orders, forfeiture, complex restraint orders and confiscation. In addition, Marie provides advice and training to clients in respect of their compliance obligations in relation to corporate crime offences and regulatory responsibilities.

Marie is also instructed by professionals under investigation by their regulatory body, including solicitors, barristers, doctors and dentists.
