Jonathan specialises in construction disputes, acting for public utilities, institutions, developers, main contractors and funders in relation to construction, engineering and substantial infrastructure projects.

His experience spans litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination, and his reported cases include the series of judgments of The Honourable Mr Justice Jackson and the Court of Appeal concerning the M6 toll road.

Jonathan has a keen interest in politics and prior to commencing his training contract worked in the House of Commons as a parliamentary research assistant for a Member of Parliament. Specialties:

Jonathan sits as an adjudicator and is a member of the RICS Construction Adjudication Panel.

He is also a member of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association, the Adjudication Society and the Solicitors’ Association of Higher Court Advocates.
