Midhika advises on academic partnerships, commercial collaborations and regulatory matters.

Midhika is a dual-qualified lawyer with experience working in the education sector in both India and the UK. Her multi-jurisdictional background, combined with several years’ working of in-house experience at a UK University, enables her to provide practical and proportionate advice grounded in a strong understanding of the operational, regulatory and strategic challenges facing education providers.

She has particular experience advising on transnational education (TNE) arrangements, collaborative partnerships and cross-border activity.
