Tamsin specialises in contentious trusts and probate, with particular expertise in disputes involving wills, estates, and trusts. She regularly represents private individuals, trustees, and charities, providing clear, strategic, and practical legal advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Renowned for her approachable manner and in-depth knowledge, Tamsin helps clients navigate some of the most complex and sensitive issues in trust and estate litigation.

Her areas of expertise include advising on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 for reasonable financial provision, disputes arising in the administration of trusts and estates, professional negligence claims against will writers, claims for the removal of executors and trustees, challenges against the validity of wills including undue influence and lack of capacity and applications for the rectification and variation of wills.

Tamsin also regularly advises our trust corporation in circumstances where it is appointed as independent administrator/trustee in the estate of a deceased individual and has a particular interest in this area.

She has been recognised as an 'Associate to Watch' in the Legal 500 UK 2026, with clients and peers alike praising her for her exceptional blend of legal acumen and emotional intelligence.

Tamsin sits on the Next Generation Committee of the National Association of Independent Administrators (NAIA) and participates in and attends events run by The Association of Corporate Trustees, (TACT), of which our trust corporation are a member.

Tamsin is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), a ConTrA member and a member of the Thames Valley Contentious Probate group.
