Adam’s main area of focus is on construction disputes, and works with clients to resolve these in a timely and cost effective manner.

Adam handles a range of construction disputes, involving delays, payment and defects issues and has experience of working with vast range of public and private sector clients. Adam provides practical and commercial advice and has experience in the common forms of dispute resolution methods (adjudication, litigation and mediation).

On transactional matters, Adam has experience of drafting and negotiating forms of building contract, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and security documents.
