Grace provides advice for businesses engaged in corporate transactions, reviewing and drafting regulated and unregulated asset finance documentation as well as dealing with complex and high-value debt disputes and asset recovery.

She acts for small, medium and large organisations providing advice in respect of the Consumer Credit Act and related legislation. She drafts and reviews terms and conditions, finance agreements, operating leases, hire purchase agreements and guarantee and indemnity documents.

Grace has over 11 years experience dealing with all manner of disputes surrounding the asset finance sector, both pre litigated matters, engaging in settlement and mediation and litigated matters which include small claims through to multi track matters of high value and complexity.
