Matthew represents a mixture of institutional and nationally known land owners as well as commercial occupiers in portfolio management and investment instructions.

Matthew undertakes a wide range of investment property transactions including: acquisitions and disposals (by both private treaty and auction), acting for both landlords and tenants on leases, licences, assignments, underlettings and surrenders. In addition, Matthew acts on behalf of land owners with significant residential portfolios in leasehold enfranchisement matters.

Matthew also deals with the grant of telecomms leases following the implementation of the new Electronic Communications Code.
