Nicky is a dual-qualified legal director based in Edinburgh and is part of the real estate team in Scotland.

Nicky has over ten years’ experience in the commercial property sector and has advised on a wide range of mixed-use development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases and utilities and energy projects.

He has particular experience acting on behalf of investment landlords, commercial occupiers, REITs and developers.

Nicky’s relevant experience includes:

• Acting on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants. • Advising clients on the acquisition and sale of multi-let assets both north and south of the border, including retail parks, logistics warehouses and industrial estates. • Working with clients in the healthcare sector, including in the acquisition of care homes for investment landlords and lettings on behalf of operators. • Acting on behalf of utilities providers in relation to land rights matters, and advising on a wide range of energy projects involving renewables.
