Solicitor

Alex Hanselman studied at the University of Kent, graduating with First Class Honours in Law LLB (Hons) in 2021.

Alex subsequently worked as a Paralegal and later as a Trainee Solicitor at a Legal 500 firm based in Essex for over two years within the Family Team, assisting in matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Children Act disputes.

Alex joined Pinney Talfourd LLP as a Trainee Solicitor in the Family Team in 2023. Alex completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) in August 2025 and completed his Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the University of Law in 2025.

Alex qualified as a Solicitor in the Family Team in September 2025. He is based in our Brentwood office. He is also a member of Resolution.

Alex undertakes family work exclusively, specialising in financial remedy on divorce, financial remedy for unmarried couples, Domestic Violence and Children Act disputes.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys boxing, weightlifting, football and travelling.
