Position
Edward is a Partner and Head of the Corporate team with over 35 years’ experience with expertise in the technology, SaaS, FCA, Sports, Logistics industries.
Career
He has particular expertise in mergers, disposals, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He specialises in undertaking large and complex cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Edward also advises financial institutions, small VCs/PE houses, HNWI and management teams in buy outs. He is currently ranked in Band 1 by Chambers and Partners in Corporate/M&A, 20 years running and a Legal 500 Leading Partner which they define as “The strongest partners in their field, leading on market-leading deals and endorsed by peers and clients alike”.
