Lisa leads Gherson’s UK Inbound Immigration team and advises High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals, their family members and their offices across the full spectrum of Points-Based System immigration and British nationality applications. Her practice includes matters involving discretionary elements, such as excessive absences, missed deadlines and exceptional in-country switches.

She is also experienced in challenging Home Office delays and incorrect decisions via judicial review and appeals and provides strategic advice on a wide range of inbound immigration issues.
