Career
Mark is a partner in our Corporate Department.
He joined Russells in 2024 and was previously a Corporate partner with leading international law firms in the City where he spent over 20 years as a partner leading UK and international transactions.
Mark specialises in corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals of businesses, private equity and venture capital investments, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, re-organisations and other transactions and advisory work for a wide range of clients including businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and family offices.
Mark has always had a strong interest in the creative industries, particularly music. His career has focused on sectors where intellectual property is a critical asset including significant work in entertainment, media, retail and consumer brands and related businesses and technologies.
Mark has been recognised in The Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom™ 2024 guide for Mergers and Acquisitions Law, based on an annual peer-review survey.
