Roland is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, with expertise in both criminal and civil fraud, as well as financial regulation. He represents both individuals and companies as claimants and defendants in multi-million pound litigation.

His broad litigation experience means his cases often involve civil, criminal and regulatory liability.

Roland has been involved in some of the UK’s most complex, high value and high profile investigations and legal proceedings in both the High Court and the Crown Court.

Roland is a founding member of the Fraud Lawyers Association.
