His experience spans divorces and dissolution of civil partnerships, to financial claims and settlements, cohabitation agreements, child arrangement orders, as well as pre and post nuptial agreements.

Approaching each case with empathy, proactivity and a commitment to working in his clients’ best interests, Jay has built up a solid reputation as a trusted and highly knowledgeable Family & Divorce Lawyer across London and the wider legal industry.

Jay primarily acts for High Net Worth Individuals on both domestic and international divorce cases which involve substantial assets, including companies and off-shore assets held in trust; previous clients have included entrepreneurs, foreign nationals, non-domiciles, politicians and sports professionals.

As a skilled Children Act practitioner, Jay has worked on several child abduction cases as well as applications for leave to remove children permanently abroad.
