Peter leads the firm’s global Dispute Resolution teams which comprise over 60 partners and over 210 lawyers who provide  commercial litigation, international arbitration, criminal litigation and white collar investigations, reputation and data breaches,  employment, trust and inheritance disputes, family and divorce services across the globe. We have specialist teams based in litigation centres across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the USA and British Virgin Islands.

Peter has 35 years  experience in enforcing and protecting his international clients rights through high court commercial litigation and arbitration. Often his cases are high profile and he has acted for individuals facing challenges from foreign states and their enforcement authorities . As well as this, they regularly involve cross border restructuring, insolvency, credit and asset recovery.

Peter is fluent in Italian and specialises in advising Italian clients, he is a member of the British Italian Law Association and the Italian Chamber of Commerce . He is an accredited CEDR mediator and is admitted in England and Wales and the BVI.

Peter is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team and CEO of the dispute resolution team.
