Caroline is a senior associate in the employment team, advising on the full range of employment law issues, for both employers and employees.

Caroline has fostered strong working relationships with key clients of the employer practice across a broad range of industries, from the Edward James Foundation in the charity sector to Hartree Partners (UK) Limited in the global energy and commodities sector and Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team . Caroline works closely with HR teams and in senior management teams to provide advice on day-to-day employment advice from contract negotiations to exit arrangements, including large scale redundancy process and disciplinary and grievances procedures, as well as advising on more complex topics such as worker status, holiday pay and TUPE transfers. Caroline also advises clients, both on the employer and employee side, in the tech sector and fashion and beauty sector. Caroline has been involved in several litigious matters (tribunal and High Court), helping clients navigate challenging legal issues in high pressured situations.
