Career

Mohammed Reza is a disputes partner in the firm and heads the international arbitration practice in Singapore.

Reza is a dispute resolution specialist who practices in all areas of commercial litigation and international arbitration. His practice has a strong international focus, regularly advising financial institutions and multinational corporations on disputes spanning diverse business sectors.

Additionally, he is a seasoned employment law practitioner, frequently providing guidance on sensitive, complex, cross-border employment matters that entail significant regulatory exposure. He also advises on data protection, anti-bribery, and corruption issues.

Reza has been described by legal directories as “calm, courteous, scrupulously fair and absolutely phenomenal. Reza contributes to the legal profession through his committee roles within the Law Society of Singapore, including serving as a member of the Inquiry Panel appointed by the Chief Justice, and with Pro Bono SG.
