Tax & Trusts

Ben is a partner in our Tax & Trusts Team.  Ben advises a broad range of clients on their tax and estate planning, partnerships, trusts, succession and wills. Ben has a particular interest in Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), owner managed businesses and the interplay between the commercial and private client sectors. Ben is also interested in the way changing technology is influencing the legal profession.

Ben is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group (STPG), a professional forum comprising over 200 leading stamp tax practitioners from the legal, accountancy, and tax professions. The group meets regularly to discuss stamp tax policy and engages in consultation with HMRC to comment on changes to stamp tax legislation.

Ben is also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
