Neil has worked in the commercial real estate sector for over 30 years. He has a wide range of clients across various sectors including developers, investment, retail and leisure.  

Neil takes a focused and pragmatic approach and is very much about getting the deal done, whilst at the same time ensuring his client’s interests are fully protected.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 1992, Neil has practised in Aberdeen since then acting for a wide range of clients both in Aberdeen and throughout.  He was a founding partner of Plenderleath Runcie, a respected and successful Aberdeen firm. Neil’s primary focus is on commercial property related work, acting for a range of developers, property investment companies, and individuals,  as well as providing advice to a range of businesses throughout Scotland.
