John specialises in commercial real estate and brings over 20 years of experience across all aspects of Scottish property law. He has extensive expertise in cross-border property and corporate transactions, with particular strengths in property finance, investment acquisitions and disposals, development, and asset management. He holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School and is admitted to practice in Scotland.

John advises clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters, with a focus on corporate and cross-border deals, as well as property finance.
He has a particular interest in the healthcare sector and over 25 years’ experience representing clients including care home and primary care developers, operators, and investors.
