Jonty is an experienced real estate lawyer and advises on all aspects of commercial property dealing with both freehold and leasehold matters.

He has a particular specialism within the residential housing and commercial development sector acting in respect of sales and purchases of development land. He also advises clients in respect of energy, renewable and other diversification projects.

Jonty acts for some of the region’s largest residential housing developers and advises on all property aspects of the development from initial land acquisition through to delivery of the development.

He brings experience in commercial property, and regularly provides advice in respect of option agreements, promotion agreements, hybrid agreements, collaboration agreements, overage arrangements and conditional contracts.
