Sarah Kemp is a partner in the corporate and commercial team, as well as head of our tourism and leisure sector, based at our Hull office.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2015, she has extensive experience of dealing with owner-managed businesses, which allows her to deliver helpful solutions aimed at increasing value and sustainability.

Shortlisted for LawNet’s Young Lawyer of the Year Award in 2016, she provides first-class advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. Her work frequently includes company incorporation, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, corporate restructures, finance, and protection or assignment of intellectual property.

Sarah is a director of the British Holiday and Home Parks Association, the national trade association for holiday park owners. She is also the chairman of its Yorkshire Coast branch, of which the firm is also an associate member.
