Family

James Marsden is a partner and head of family, based in our Hull office.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2011 following his training contract with the firm. He specialises in family matters including divorce, financial matters on the breakdown of a marriage, cohabitation, domestic abuse, and childcare issues.

James has experience in dealing with high value financial matters, complex cohabitation matters and private children proceedings.

James graduated from Hull University in 2007 with a 2:1 degree in Law and Politics and passed his Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the College of Law in York.
