Andrew is Regional Office Head of the Leicester office and a partner in the Local Government team based in our Leicester office.

Andrew acts for many local authorities, police and fire services, housing providers and education establishments across the country in relation to a wide range of issues.

Andrew specialises in complex, high value, multi-party litigation and has significant experience of stress, bullying, assault and harassment claims, as well as flooding, subsidence and highway winter maintenance claims. He is also regularly instructed in relation to data loss and information management as well as social care and abuse claims.

Andrew represented the successful Chief Constable in an undercover police officer stress case — AB v Chief Constable of X Constabulary [2015] EWHC 13

He regularly delivers bespoke training at national and regional level.
