Helen joined in July 2019 as HR director with responsibility for the HR, learning and development and knowledge management teams.

Helen is an experienced HR Director who has previously worked at Director level at RSA, Next, Coop Group and esure. In previous roles she has introduced new reward frameworks, developed business culture, focused on developing talent pipelines, introducing leadership development programmes and increasing employee engagement.

Helen has a real interest in remuneration, talent development and leadership. She is also a council member at the University of Salford.
