Ian has over 20 years' experience of personal injury claims from various perspectives. 

Over the years he has acted for a number of insurer clients on a defendant basis, both in the traditional panel solicitors environment and also in-house for a major insurance group where he ran a team dealing with road traffic claims from first notification to trial. Ian has also spent a number of years pursuing claims on behalf of claimants and has gained the ability to view a personal injury claim from all perspectives.
