Lois joined Weightmans in 2006 and has specialised in employment law since qualification. She deals with the full range of employment matters including contracts of employment, performance and capability, employment policy and equality and diversity in the workplace.  Lois has a broad experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment advice.

Lois provides internal and external training to a range of public and private sector organisations and also undertakes employment tribunal advocacy for clients.

Lois carries out pro bono work as a volunteer supervisor at the University of Liverpool.
