Emma joined Weightmans in 2008. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and she is an Associate in the Large Loss team. Emma has over 11 years' litigation experience. Emma specialises in catastrophic personal injury including claims of the utmost severity. This includes traumatic brain injury in adults and children, tetraplegic and paraplegic claims, amputation cases and fatal accident claims. She assists Will Quinn with motor, employers' liability and public liability claims involving complex liability, technical and indemnity issues.
