Position

David has specialist expertise in disputed wills, trusts and estates, including will validity claims and challenges, trust disputes, claims involving the administration of estates, proprietary estoppel, Inheritance Act claims, professional negligence claims and disputes involving trustees, executors and beneficiaries.

David has extensive court and alternative dispute resolution experience, particularly mediation, and is regularly instructed by a variety of clients, including ultra and high net worth individuals, trustees, charities and other professionals.
