Emma qualified into the catastrophic injury team at James Chapman and Co in 2005, moving to BLM in 2007. Emma is a member of the BLM CAT Team and was made a Partner in 2017. Emma specialises in EL, PL and RTA claims involving injuries of the utmost severity including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, multiple orthopaedic injuries, fatal claims and chronic pain claims. She is a member of the BLM subject matter group for brain injuries and has a special interest in subtle brain injury claims.

Law Society

Emma received a first class honours degree in law from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, winning various awards and receiving the highest mark in her year. She completed her Legal Practice Course in Manchester attaining a distinction and receiving the highest mark in her year.

Emma is part of a women's bootcamp group in her spare time, as well as running after two young children.
