Position

Paman is an experienced Solicitor Advocate. He is accredited as a dual specialist in Employment Law and Discrimination Law by the Law Society of Scotland and is a leader in his field.

Paman has experience across all aspects of Employment Law. He carries out a mix of contentious and non-contentious work and has represented clients in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal for over a decade.

With a significant client list, Paman works with and supports employers of all sizes and sectors on issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, transfers, collective consultation and reorganisations, as well as larger strategic matters. He also provides specialised advice in specific sectors.

As an accredited mediator, Paman has dealt with a variety of workplace disputes and is available to explore conflict resolution through this avenue.

He also tutors on the Employment Law module at both the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde. More widely, Paman sits on the Employment Lawyers’ Association’s Race and Equality Committee and drives the pursuit for wider access to the profession.
