Anna is a commercial disputes and contracts lawyer qualified in Hong Kong and the United States, with a focus on representing clients in international commercial arbitrations seated in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Anna also acts in matters involving applications to the Hong Kong courts for interim measures and injunctions, and the enforcement orchallenge of arbitral awards.

In addition to contentious work, Anna advises clients on commercial matters, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, technology sourcing, and outsourcing projects. Her work involves drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence and advising on legal risks and mitigation strategies.

A fluent Russian and Korean speaker, she is uniquely placed to represent corporations in the Asia-Pacific region, Russia and the CIS, including Central Asia.
