Syeda Faiza Hossain is primarily responsible for maintaining client relationships and coordinates synergies for the firm in international markets. Faiza’s area of legal practice primarily extends over arbitration and labor & employment law. Faiza is accredited as a Civil Commercial Mediator and Associate Arbitrator by the ADR-ODR International, UK, and has been representing an international power infrastructure contractor in international arbitrations. Faiza regularly advises foreign investors, social enterprises, impact investors and not-for profits organizations with ongoing legal and regulatory compliances in the jurisdiction of Bangladesh. Before bringing into the firm her expertise, she earned noteworthy experience from the country’s leading telecommunication company, legal aid services, the local affiliates with an offshore firm and lastly working as legal and corporation documentation officer at a not-for profit organization, overseeing a number of USAID projects. Faiza is a Barrister-at-Law called to the Bar of England. Faiza was awarded the Academic Achievement Award by the University of London for her extra-ordinary academic performance and excellent track records.
