Mushroofa Hosain is responsible for directing the business development activities of the firm and driving the firm’s client development. She is at the forefront of generating relationship building leads for the firm. Parallel to her client development role, Mushroofa assists clients with merger & acquisition facilitation, acquisition target sourcing and screening, sell-side and buy-side advisory supports. She commenced her legal practice with pre-dominant focus on family law matters. She has also been involved with electronics media for over a decade now, which provides her with a strong background to advise clients on issues pertaining to this and associated industries. Accordingly, she has eventually expanded her area of practice so as to include regulatory and licensing affairs of electronics and print media, telecommunications, Real Estate and Property Law, Admiralty and Shipping matters.
