Munim has been leading over 600+ labour court litigations including high profile WPPF matters. Munim also plays an instrumental role in construction & infrastructure projects practice with extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing large scale project documentations, EPC and turnkey contracts having familiarity with FIDIC, ICC and World Bank guidelines. Munim advises offshore corporations on Foreign Direct Investment, Joint Venture and startup of businesses in Bangladesh and has earned his reputation for business contracts drafting and vetting, and undertaking due diligence. Munim is a Barrister called to the Bar of England and Wales and an enrolled Advocate in Bangladesh.
