She advises on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and divestments as well as corporate restructuring, insolvency proceedings and general company advice to both domestic and international companies.

Ana regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on several types of corporate and commercial contracts across an array of sectors including industrial, energy and infrastructure.
