Udayan leads the Tax practice of the firm. He is a chartered accountant and tax lawyer with over two decades of experience and specializes in tax structuring and tax-optimised supply chains.

Udayan also advises on customs and international trade, foreign trade policy including export controls, and GST & pre-GST indirect taxes. He also strategizes tax litigations and represents clients in tax disputes before Tribunals and Courts.

He has worked with prominent organizations and law firms including Deloitte, Economic Law Practice, Khaitan & Co.

He had also been a Founder and Managing Partner of his firm, VoxLaw for almost 9 years.
