Avinash heads the firm’s Hyderabad office and the South India disputes practice. He specialises in advising clients on complex competition law and disputes matters. He is an Advocate-on-Record with the Supreme Court of India. He regularly appears and argues before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, CCI, NCLAT, NLCT and other tribunals in India. Avinash has extensive experience of handling complex cartel, vertical restraints and abuse of dominance investigations. Avinash has represented clients in several merger control matters requiring complex remedies. Avinash also regularly advises and represents leading global and Indian corporates on their dispute across South India. Avinash has specific experience in handling constitutional and administrative challenges, matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and commercial disputes.
