Lovejeet has over 14 years of experience in practicing corporate and commercial law. He handles transactional and general corporate work and has advised on several corporate transactions - mergers & acquisitions and investments (inbound as well as overseas), a range of commercial contracts, financing documentation, and renders day-to-day legal advice. With respect to transport sector, he has extensive experience of rendering legal advise on setting up in India, aircraft/ ship leasing and financing, aircraft/ ship acquisition and sale transactions, foreign exchange control laws and commercial agreements. He is acknowledged by the clients for his attention to details and rendering commercially viable legal advice. He is committed to meet clients’ expectations and their aggressive timelines and endeavours to offer a practical and commercially viable legal solution. The developing laws always keeps him on foot and he stay abreast with the key legal developments.
