Katherine was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2004. She has become a partner of our firm since 2014.

Katherine has experience since 2007 in initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions, and has worked on equity fund-raising transactions, including rights issue, and placing of shares, convertible notes and non-listed warrants, and also on compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
