Tiffany joined our firm as a trainee solicitor in 2012 and was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2014.

Tiffany has experience in initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions. She also handles matters relating to post-listing compliance and general commercial transactions.
