Alex Chan joined our firm as a trainee solicitor in 2018 and was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2020.

Alex has experience in initial public offerings, general offer, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions. He also handles matters relating to post-listing compliance and general commercial transactions.
