Chris is a senior member of DaHui Lawyers’ capital market and M&A practice groups. His practice focuses on capital markets, general corporate, M&A and venture capital financings. He represents Chinese corporate clients in their M&A, joint venture and outbound investment transactions, as well as venture capital firms or early stage companies in corporate financing transactions. Chris also has extensive experience in a variety of equity and debt offerings in both the United States and Hong Kong markets. He regularly advises companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters, including issues arising under Chinese laws and United States laws, such as federal securities regulations.

Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Chris was a counsel of Shearman & Sterling, where he worked for ten years.
