A lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience, Zheng is a key management member of DaHui Lawyers. Zheng focuses on corporate practice, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, international capital markets and cross-border investments. Zheng has extensive experience in equity financing and investment transactions of private companies, as well as international securities transactions of public companies on the U.S. and Hong Kong markets. Zheng also represents Chinese corporate clients in their outbound investments and acquisitions, and represents multinational companies and funds in their investments and joint ventures in China.

Before joining in DaHui Lawyers, Zheng was counsel at Allen & Overy. He also worked with Skadden Arps for several years.
