Before joining D&A LLC, she was a part leader/team leader in the legal department of large corporations, where she handled a variety of international contracts, disputes/litigations, E&P-related negotiations with foreign governments, correspondence with the competition authorities of the United States and Europe, and the establishment and operation of a comprehensive compliance system encompassing the headquarters, affiliates, and foreign subsidiaries.
