Saqeb Mahbub is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises and represents clients on corporate, employment, contract, Investment, M&A matters.

Saqeb currently heads the international practice at Mahbub & Company and has an illustrious client list. He has advised and represented global businesses such as Mastercard, DHL and Pepsi on Bangladeshi regulations. He regularly advises multinationals and large corporates on labour law, environmental law and factory law compliance. Other notable work include reviewing employee guidelines of Sainsbury's and advising banks on cross-border agreements relating to partner banks and remittance agencies. Saqeb has advised VCs and technology startups on corporate structuring, equity financing, IP and employment issues. Saqeb has worked as a consultant for international development organizations such as UNDP, UNHCR, USAID and GIZ and has also been a consultant for the Royal Danish Embassy, the Ministry of Law and the Supreme Court on legislative and judicial reform respectively. Saqeb currently serves as an Officer in the Asia-Pacific Regional Forum of the International Bar Association.
