Senior Associate

Md. Aminul Haq is an Advocate of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He began his legal career as an apprentice lawyer at the Dhaka Judge Court in 2012. In 2014, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the Bangladesh Bar Council and became a member of the Dhaka Bar Association in the same year. He also obtained membership of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association in 2014.

Subsequently, Mr. Haq was enrolled as an Advocate and became entitled to practise before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2017. Most recently, in 2025, he was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

He completed his LL. B (Hons) and LL.M degrees from the University of Rajshahi. Over the years, he has worked as an Associate Lawyer with leading civil, criminal, and corporate law firms. He possesses extensive knowledge and practical expertise in company matters, vetting and drafting of various agreements, banking and financial laws, commercial law, property law, arbitration, intellectual property law, international law, civil and criminal litigation, as well as trademark and patent law.

Currently, Mr. Haq is working as a Senior Associate at Mahbub & Company. He assists Mr. A. M. Mahbub Uddin Khokon, Head of Chambers, in both civil and criminal litigation matters, including drafting various applications and writ petitions, and assisting in court hearings and proceedings.
