Mr. Sabbir is an ADVOCATE of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and member of Bangladesh Bar Council. Prior to his enrollment as a lawyer, he completed his LL.B (Hons) from University of Derby, UK. His areas of practice include criminal and civil litigation, labour law and corporate law. His expertise and specialization is in family law such as maintenance of wife and children, guardian and succession certificate, child custody, international adoption. He is also a criminal defense lawyer dealing with areas of Law connected to drug charges, violent crimes, robbery and theft, fraud and forgery, embezzlement, harassment, and cybercrimes. His areas of practice includes civil cases such as recovery of property and money, consumer and environmental protection, import and export, and civil rights, property transactions and disputes, rents, corporate law, registration, copyrights and trademarks, patents and designs, partnerships and joint ventures, sales tax, income tax. In recent times, he has expanded his area of practice to include cyber crimes, advising regarding cryptocurrency, etc.
