Jasmine is a Partner in our Johor office, where she maintains her practice in the areas of Real Estate and Banking & Finance.

She is regularly sought by individuals and corporate bodies for advice and representation in matters relating to the sale and purchase of properties, mainly in the conclusion of sale and perfection of transfer documentations.

Jasmine has experience of advising a property developer from China with regards to its major development project in Malaysia. She has also assisted citizens and non-citizens in their respective transactions, including, the acquisition and disposal of properties and has handled the drafting and vetting of all related agreements and documentations.

In addition to having an in-depth understanding of real estate issues, Jasmine has routinely involved in the firm’s dispute resolution practice, where she had previously handled general litigation matters, ranging from contractual disputes, issues of goods sold and delivered, and cases on debt recovery.
