- VinaCapital VOF / Tam Tri Medical — Lead counsel to VOF and Founders on the divestment of their majority stake in one of Vietnam's largest private hospital groups, spanning a multi-jurisdictional structure across Vietnam, Singapore, BVI, and the UK (VOF listed on LSE).
- Timo / Kredivo Group — Advised Timo, Vietnam's first digital banking platform, on its 100% acquisition by Kredivo Group, Southeast Asia's leading digital financial services platform, across five jurisdictions.
- Skinetiq / Marico (~USD37M) — Advised selling shareholders on Marico's 75% equity acquisition of a leading D2C cosmetics brand, involving complex earn-out and valuation mechanics.
- Estuary JSC / Constellation Software — Advised selling shareholders on the 100% share transfer to Constellation Software group entities (Vela/ASC/DMSPRO), navigating Vietnam's FDI framework for a multi-entity tech acquisition.
- VinaCapital / SkyX Solar → EDF Renewables — Advised VinaCapital on the sale of 55% of the equity in SkyX Solar to EDF Renewables, and separately advised SkyX Solar on its prior acquisition of a rooftop solar portfolio from Sungrow.
- CVC Capital Partners / Phuong Chau — Advised on CVC's investment in a majority stake of Phuong Chau Trade and Investment JSC, operator of Phuong Chau-branded maternal and infant care hospitals in southern Vietnam.
